The Calculated Steps Podcast was created out of necessity. Wilford Clark was introduced by his Grandmother Harriet Taylor to business, the service side, to be exact. It was 1985, His brother William and he would be summoned by Harriet to assist the elders on Decator St. in Manchester, on Pittsburgh’s Northside. We take out garbage there was this one lady Ms. Emma that open her little change book and give us change in equal amounts. That’s we found out that we could do service to get money and that was faster than waiting on mom and Dad. Before that we were doing it for free. In today’s world with the gap between Poor, Middle Class, and the Rich becoming increasingly larger by the minute and violence growing at the same rate, if not faster. Frustrations arise when one can’t quite put his/her finger on why life feels like it’s not enough to go around. With people not understanding there’re options. Some are drowning in a sea of bills. Others may need help finding a career. Or just need plain old motivation to get their self in gear. Awareness was eminent. We want to empower young professionals, create entrepreneurs. Unleashing, the new go getters into the economy.
